    Thank you!

  • Rusty your one hell of a good machine. but your camera work is as good great shots and angles must take as long to get the camera setup as it is to do the work sometimes.i appreciate the effort and you posting the videos. keep up the great work Thanks

  • @O7ROADKING

Thanks for the great comment! I have been working on my camera angles and I'm glad it shows!

  • Thanks for the info on the SnapOn SRD35 and all the great videos!

I've run through the cab-off series several times while tearing my '03 Excursion down for ARP studs, oil cooler service kit, and BulletProof EGR cooler. I'm glad to see that you've started a cab-on series; I just wish the Excursion had waited unti you finished it before breaking down.

I always liked the Excursions, Great rig for just about anything! The studs do make it harder because they are longer and use a larger socket. What works with those is just raising the drivers side of the cab so you can put a 4x4 between the body and mount. Easily reachable this way! Just a little extra work.

The tool is Snap On tool SRD35 - 6.0lit head bolt extension.

Designed by a Ford technician, bought by Snap On.

  • You mentioned a tool to get to the left rear head bolt. Can you give me more details? I managed to get the old bolt off by cutting down an 18mm socket, but I'm putting in ARP studs, and the cut-down socket won't work with those (the stud sticks up too far).

  • Rusty, How come you don't have your own shop?

  • great video
