@TomHasHisCamera If you still have that problem you may want to film in 1080p. I filmed in 720 and had the exact same problem as you described. switching to 1080p fixed the problem for me^^

what settings did you use to get this quality? I just got mine today so I didn't get to check out all the settings.

@TomHasHisCamera I have this camera too, and i never had that problem you have. Maybe upload a file where you say its pitch black so we all can take a look at it?!

i have this camera, is there a certain setting is has to be on while recording to achieve this good quality, as when i tried to film in the dark it came out pitch black, even though there were plenty of street lights and cars going by...
