  • @joshatkins94 "There is no reason to conclude that this presumption should not apply here. Thus, the award of declaratory relief is adequate and separate injunctive relief is not necessary."

    ~Judge Roger Vinson~

Simply put,the law is null and void immediately unless and until the DoJ files a request for injunctive relief from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals...and if the current administration attempts to continue implementation of the law before that,it is in contempt of court

  • As Peter Drucker says, president and we could make/create/define the future.

  • Why is it that the asskissers of Barry still blame Bush for the economy two fricken years after Bush retired to Crawford but have no problem blaming Reagan for the fucking mess that Jimmy Carter left him?

  • @heraldleader WHERE DA JOBS IS?

  • @canaryman69

"Check out Reagans speeches and then compare to Osama Obama's, what a contrast."

Why should I check the speeches of a guy who had a lower approval rating then Obama did in his second year?

Are you trying to make Reagan look worse?

"Hope we can survice these destructive socialist policies in the next 3 years."

    Like ammesty(Reagan)?

"Glad you can admit it is Obamas failed jobs creation at over 9%."

    Like Reagan over 10%?

    "bankrupted this nation. "

    LOL you need schooling.

  • @Ogothefox Yeah I hear ya, these crazy right-wingers will dream up just about anything nowadays to demonize their opposition lol!

  • Reagan gave amnesty to illegals and created the loophole of subcontractors that put the construction unions out of business. So if you want to blame someone for illegals taking the jobs driving done wages dig up Reagan and kick him in the ass!

  • @mef75baby U know that Obama is tryin to take over not just the world, but the Milky Way, right?

  • @Armigerous "if the current administration attempts to continue implementation of the law before that,it is in contempt of court"

Bloomberg -- U.S. in Contempt Over Gulf Drill Ban, Judge Rules

"U.S. District Judge, Martin Feldman of New Orleans ruled, and found Interior Department regulators acted with "determined disregard"

The Patriot act has been deemed unconstitutional no less than 5 times. We have no legitimate federal government. They don't represent us.

  • @canaryman69 You wrote "Osama Hussien Barry Sotoro Stalin Mao Barrack Obama will go down as the worst president ever. He is a failure"

I feel really silly now, because I could not possibly be debating an adult. You still have not conceded that Reagan's 10.4% Unemployment rate in January 1983 was his own lol! Obama is in a much better position than Reagan was in two years into his term and Obama had a much worse economic disaster to dig out of to boot. Again, where were the jobs at Jan 1983?
