extract them and run the file "Run Path of Shinobi.exe" in the folder, no install required any more!
This is definitively malware free.

You can download the single chars 4 your own project, but you need some programming skills to use them.
If you do not know how to code mugen, I reccommend downloading the full game above, which even my grandma can use ;-)
