This is really lovely. Not inspired by the Roger Nicholson version by any chance?

@Blacksquareable Yes - absolutely inspired by Roger's version! (I also sing it with guitar in the same style). I love his "Nonesuch For Dulcimer" album with Bob Johnson on guitar. I was in correspondence with Roger a few months before his death - a sad loss (he'd been in poor health for many years) and it's a huge shame that he died so young. An inspiration to many of us. :-)

I know this tune as 'Good Old Colony Days' or 'The Jolly Rogues of Lynn', both likely borrowed from this tune.
