I've been in much crazier cop chases. I've got the SWAT team after me.mand through grenades out ur car window to really piss them off and to blow up their cars! They will go bizerk and splatter their own men trying to chase you. It is really funny

@gullases GTA4 highly relies on the CPU, so my guess is, that it's your CPU. Unlike many other games, that focus on RAM and Graphicscard, this game has a primary focus on CPU. Besides that, they did a terrible job, porting it from the console version to the PC, thus why very very few computers can run it smooth/perfectly, still.

To play the game in dv6000 u need a patch found in gta 4's official website. Make every settings low
