I'm a bit confused by this question so I'll just cover all basis.

If you ONLY want a preview for your video and no download, it's not possible.

If you ONLY want a download for your video and not preview, go to your profile and unclick the box that says "Enable streaming features (READ THIS BEFORE DISABLING)"

If you just uploaded a video and the preview still isn't there, give it some time and it'll show up.

The announcement title is actually a really important part in getting people to check out your video. A VERY short description and the video title is often a good way to go. For instance, is this your first video? Say that. "My first video: Dreamer". Or, along with what gotegenks said, if you sent it to a con, add that. "NDK Finalist: Dreamer". People often look for AMVs they saw at cons, but they don't always remember the video's name, so it goes a long way to point them in the right direction.

should also be noted that if you're not submitting to cons (and winning), this is pretty much the only way to get your video noticed on the org without linking it to people yourself.

Thank you for the tutorials btw! They were very helpful! Quick question though. When I try to put an image in the description of my video (like you've done with the image on your video) it doesn't show up. Only the link shows with no image. Am I doing something wrong? I managed to get the image to show on the forum post I made though D:
