Coach Joyce and his assistant instructor explain to the group the effectiveness of stance and of getting in that first hit. Remember, if the opponent rushes in and especially if he is trying to grab... the "spur" is a very easy, efficient and practical first move.

i hate you, that was the title of my book and video, for fifteen years i was focused on the words "essential principles of self defence" its my core. but you got there first. laziness just doesn't pay.
