This is a tuned RS4, it visibly has the original MTM 4 pipe exhaust, probably a coil over lowered suspension kit and wheel spacers. If you are the owner what do you think?

im from germany and i was in knocke last weekend for surfing which was awesome, but i wondered, why there are so many beautiful cars. the seaside is so damn ugly, all conrete tall buildings close together. sorry, my belgian friends but its simply true;) brugge 20km nearby is so pretty though.
Would be great if some belgian could tell me, whats about great cars in knocke...

You're right... Knocke is a very ugly city. :) But after the 2nd world war, a lot of rich English people established theirselves in this city (the Zoute). After that, some other rich Belgian nobility established in Knocke, because of that their came shops like Louis Vuitton Swarovski etc etc... Because of the English influences you see a lot of English cars en big Villa's built in English style. The cars in Knocke are just a part of their lifestyle. :) Youre car is your image in Knocke ;)
