how to replace vw passat 1.8t cam chain tensioner 1998

i changed my passat's chain tensioner. job was done about 1 hour alone cause i dont have friends.:)
my car was noisy i could hear the chain running very loud.to be honest after the change its more quiet but i can still hear the chain so i think maybe i have to change the chain as well.
also this link is very helpful but you dont have to losen the bolts on the exhaust cam.dont touch it...:D

dont forget to buy a gaskets and clean everything from dust and oil before you reinstall the items.

younger passat have an electric tensioner but the install is the same.
