@Photoping maybe this will help, save it as .mp4 and customize the settings, preferably I did this:
Frame size - width 1280, height 720
Profile - Baseline
Frame Rate - 30.000000 (allow source to change frame rate)
Pixel aspect ratio - 1.0000
Variable bit rate - Maximum (bps) 1,500,000 , Average (bps) 1,350,000
Audio
Sample rate (Hz) - 48,000
Bit rate (bps) - 128,000
These settings might depend on what program you are using

@Photoping 320x240? Cramp that bugger up to 1280x720 and I think the quality will be good.
