It's meal time for brown tree snakes as 250,000 bats flood out of local Undara caves in outback Queensland, Australia.

  • Sorry it's taken so long to reply to you stewmacdonald and kelias11.

    I did have infrared light on my video camera. You are not able to take any lights into the cave otherwise it would prevent the bats from coming out.

    In the end, the snake did eat the bat. It was so amazing to be there.

    We spent New Years Eve at Undara. It's an awesome campsite where you can stay in cabins or sleep under the stars.

  • This is a very interesting video. Thanks for posting it. Did you have an infrared light on your camera? Did the snake manage to eat the bat?
