First round of the Gunner's Gun competition at Fort Henry, Kingston, Ontario, on Aug 18th, 2009. If the uniforms aren't enough of a clue, the Fort Henry team is on the near cannon, and Marines from 8th & I's Drum & Bugle Corps and Silent Drill Platoon comprise the other team. Both teams had issues in this round, but improved later. 1st round went to Ft. Henry, 2nd went to the Marines. 3rd round was tight and fast, and the Marines pulled out a win.

@cs3036 I'm not doubting that Canada was successful at what they did in the War of 1812 but I hate it when people claim that Canada beat the US. They were British- Canadians lets put it that way, not full Canadians actually British. Although lets not forget that the Americans did in fact take control of Lake Erie and seized parts of Ontario. Both sides got something, America did get into Canada, for the most part the Brits blocked American forces and we all gained something... Allies ;)

@cs3036 We burnt your government building first. The only reason the British, no Canadians since they were still British, burnt it down was from retaliation. What did Canada and England recieve from the war? Explain that to me....

@cs3036 No one. The war was settled through a peace treaty....
