Thanks for sharing Adam. I was unaware you lost your legs. How long ago was that?

I also was unaware that you were the athlete in these videos (this is the first swimming one I watched). I believe you're dropping your elbows on the freestyle. It's hard to tell from some of the angles but from my 20+ years of experience that's the coaching coming out in me.

well i was born without the tibia bone then got my legs amputated when i was 2 haha yeah i'm the athlete in these videos. Well the freestyle i wasn't reallly concentrating on style as you would've seen my goggles came over my mouth so i was just concentrating on getting to the end so i can breathe and i ended up getting a pb haha
