A victim and an Abuser both hate each other. Are they equally at fault? Any ill feelings black feel towards whites are the result of the ill feelings that whites FIRST expressed towards blacks. Not that hard to comprehend.
@SubtleChaotic especially in the video game world where you have to memorize key setup quickly. it was very hard for me to switch. after a break, I broke the test up and found it much easier.
@SubtleChaotic I agree with you. I think they would have to use counterbalance. That means, if you are aware, switching the orders for different participants.. to ensure that there is no 'learning effect.'
@SubtleChaotic I'm studying at Lancaster University :) you? I get the same feeling.. but I guess that's why they do significance tests.. although I find myself always finding flaws in the experiments.
Hahahha. Where are you studying?? Yeah, I have a sinking feeling that many many 'experiments' in psychology really do have little meaning whatsoever. But we'll see. Good luck to us both!
@SubtleChaotic I'm also a Psychology undergraduate :) my reply was only what we'd been told by our lecturer because that question had already been raised, although it may not be true. As with you, I do hope what I said was true, because otherwise the test would have little meaning whatsoever.

@ThePsychology2010
..Yeah, it would be ridiculously easy to make this experiment valid.

@blakesquakers
As a psychology undergraduate, I'm sincerely hoping that is true, and that the entire discipline isn't the joke it too often appears to be.

@SubtleChaotic When the test is correctly done, they would do both first.. it's just not been shown here.
