Actually, it's not so much that Asimo can do just this one thing, but so much else that it can do. Check out the other videos, too. Yeah, it's "just programming" - but wait 'til they start up robots that can program. Of course, the robots will run into situations where based on their programming, they will make mistakes, so it's fortunate that we have humans in control, because humans NEVER make mistakes.

This is retarded. How much programming does it take to get a robot to do repetitive arm movements with a good degree of precision -- OH WAIT we've had that exact type of robot building cars for like a decade, my bad.
