To be a US citizen you have to have commnad of the English language; but if you have command of a second language you are a better american than the ones who only speak one.

The problem here is that their aren't enough Russians in this country to provoke a major change. There is with the Hispanic population. Understand this fact is knowing the truth. Yes, these people need to learn English, but I doubt you will make them, because Advertisers will not stop catering to them in Spanish. All said with all due respect ;-)
