First time hearing about this film, thanks, O! And,the boycott, too, which is hypocritical as you pointed out. They should have boycotted Halle Berry getting her booty banged in Monster's Ball. They should also try to boycott the fucked up education system & home-school their kids, if they could.

Too bad they're not going to boycott Planned Parenthood, single-parenting, lesbianism, working at strip clubs & web porno ads jacking Frank's crank for $150 to get their broken down car fixed.

if you noticed in the movie the white society in europe excepted the black men 100% who never seen black people. Even more then the white men who grew up around black in america called the black men niggers and did not let then inside some of the building. Look at how the black man was going to stay in europe with the women due to being excepted automatically by the family.

@lionzion22 Another reason why these creatures deserve to be called niggers is b/c these individuals would boycott a stupid film but won't boycott anything meaningful. They won't boycott the BET/Viacom network & it's affiliates who portray people of color in a derogatory way. They won't boycott these reality shows & hip-hop artists who does more damage to our people than a film about the Tuskegee airmen. They will only fight against petty issues but are afraid of a real battle.

If these "boy-cotters" are going to boycott a movie strictly b/c of the interracial relations in the movie (which most likely is historically accurate), then they should boycott every single film that portrays interracial relations.

We might just need to realize that black people need to be more unified on important issues, but we are still all individuals who don't all think the same. Science has even proven that black people are the most genetically diverse people on the planet.

Therefore, I wouldn't call those protesters "niggers", "ignorant", "stupid", or even "petty". Those people don't like that aspect of the movie so I see and respect their rights to express it, given the history.
