@1993MovieMan Bluebird's Illusion wasn't sued by Hiromu Arakawa, it was sued by the license company, Square-Enix. The reason is because the game itself is ILLEGAL because it was being sold and wasn't distributed around Copyright Act 1976, which is for Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use. which they clearly didn't follow since they were selling the game. Because the production is halt and it's not distributed anymore, the game is now an abandonware

@1993MovieMan WHICH BTW, Maniac Mansion is a HUGE Adventure Game back in my time so don't say that's a horrible example, since my parents bought that game for me when I was a kid back in the 1990s. So please don't explode now

@1993MovieMan In fact do some research, a lot of Text Based adventure games such as maniac mansion are now abandonware and they even had remakes and they're FREE. Because ONCE AGAIN it's an Abandonware.

@CoffeeGirl96 sorry, but it is only available for download. Actually, this game is a number of years old. You can find it online in Chinese, however complete walkthroughs in English are available.
