When I launch Windows Media Center, I get ""invalid application unable to launch airplay client". What does this mean?

it doesn't need to be in the extras just open windows media center nothing more, and make sure your idevice is using the same wifi as the compute your using, then open up any youtube video and it should automatically show a airplay button.
Btw I'm using the iphone 4 firmware (4.3.3) if that helps

I tried this on vista 64 and I get a message in window media center that says
"invalid application unable to launch airplay client"
not sure what to do to fix it?

AirPlay doesn't pop up in Extras Library (Until i click on 'Manage Extras'.) I can enable or disable the Plug-in, but that doesn't do anything for me...

@rorojr88 are you connected to the same wifi network? maybe try disabling your firewall.
