A few training clips and bloopers from April till July of a junior 105kg+ weightlifter.

Includes fast clean pulls and a behind neck jerk with 396lbs, a 341lb clean and jerk, 550lb squat and some missed lifts including a 414BNJ and 275lb hang snatch.

  • @underdg22 yes and no, many of the lifts dont have a neg. but much of the accessory work includes negatives, nenzi is a retard and is making a crass generalization based on someone in a very heavy weight class who has to give up conditioning in favor of weight, look at athletes in all of the lighter classes and they are mostly in great physical shape, albeit not bodybuilders by any means

  • @nenzi671 Olympic lifts don't have a lowering portion. That negative part of the lift is what builds muscle. Most of them have big legs from squatting, which does have a negative. Olympic lifts do build traps tho, but keep in mind they aren't really concerned with that stuff like bodybuilders.
