  • Any info on new projects is allways welcome, once I get started on something I cant put it down till its finished, even at my age its never to late to learn, thanks again for your responses,At the moment I am trying to sort out some kind of mpg calculator, probably by measuring the resistance from the tank sender,e.g.ohms per gallon, any ideas ? terry

  • Thanks for sharing this.... nice system.

Can you share your MPG results on the Volvo V6?

  • RE;MPG before I fitted the cell I was getting 24mpg,I have been running for the last 8yrs on a weak mixture,I didnt know this until I CHECKED THE MAF voltage,it was775Mv,since Volvos are designed to run on low octane fuel it didnt cause any problems so I left it at this & dropped the enhanced setting to 625Mv,with the gas production at 1Ltr/p/min & running at 23Amps I am getting 34mpg.now that I can control the Amps there is scope for more,Iwill post the results when I GET ANY IMPROVEMENT TERRY

If you like to tinker, PM me & I can send links for DIY ignition system / plug mods. Nice work terry.

  • How do you prevent your terminal lugs from shorting on the lid? Are those rubber washers? Where do you get them and what size are they?
