Insect Pee

Wondering what sprinkles I felt, I find out it's tiny bugs making water at my shoulders. This happened in Phoenix, Arizona, on what I think is a Palo Verde tree. Anyone have any informed opinions as to the species, or more important, the content of the drips? I'm guessing mostly water.

@cutie9325 they are flat against the branch, and the focus is bad, but you can see the drops better than the bug.
