When we mention about harmful friend,we do not only refer to that person him/herself,but also refer to his/her harmful intention.So we should avoid them.
But,we actually also have a "harmful friend" within ourselves,i.e our harmful intention towards others that we sometimes have in our mind. If we cant avoid the harmful intention in our deeds, we will never be able to avoid the harmful friend.
惡友不僅是指那個人，更指其惡心、心狠手辣的動機，因此我們應遠離具備「惡友」的那個人。但我們也有和自己相當親近「惡友」，那就是我們心中的惡念、殘忍的動機！如果我們­無法遠離惡念，那麼我們永遠無法真正遠離惡友。

Ok, now I talk in Chinese. Emm... "Bad Friend" (or evil company) does not indicate the actual person but one's "heart", "evil heart", the motivation such as "cruel mind and ruthless action". Although, we keep far from the "bad friend" or the person who possesses the "evil company", we have to know a fact that each and every one of has also has a "bad friend" which is our closest internal "bad motivation" from ourselves.
