i think this episode completely contradicts Michaela's character. She stood up for Myra but won't even give Emma a chance until a completely different episide =/

I can't believe that a man like Horace who's usually so shy and sweet dares preventing Myra from doing all these things for herself, such as getting a good job! It reminds me of the time when he tried to prevent her from going to Pike's Peace with the girls... He's just so annoying... :(
