The Roof of Africa is one of the longest running extreme enduro races in the world. For over 40 years, this race has attracted the worlds best motocross riders who compete each November in hopes of including this exclusive trophy to their cases.
The Kingdom of Lesothos landscapes, deep valleys, green hillsides and crystal mountain streams paint the perfect setting for a motocross race through the

Maluti Mountains. But dont let the beautiful scenery fool you. This race will drain the life out of you. Over the course of three days, 300 competitors will put themselves through 500 kilometers of steep hill climbs, endless rock sections, rushing rivers and elevation changes that leave one gasping for air.
This year, New Zealands Chris Birch arrives at the Roof ready to go. He will be challenged by local favorites and Roof of Africa winners, Darryl Curtis and Louwrens Mahoney. But looming in the background are Craig Stone, Jade Gutzeit and the Polish enduro star Bartosz Oblucki.
The Roof of Africa is a brutal challenge of man and machine against terrain. To compete in this race is an adventure, but to win it is a conquest!

  • @piprik yes, but not everybody has the balls to do it and come out with very very experienced pilot ends, and in sections I mean speed off-road not unpaved road not, can not follow even dust, though I can and try not... he can´t..¡¡¡ are corridors of national enduro championship, then they say this is boring but his pride was hurt .. haha just balls ... I doubt it.... all may friends do extreme enduro & they are very gods but for some reason speed scare him.... so....

  • @SiCpride The trick is not to fall off.....=D

  • every idiot can hold full gas on "straight" road,go over trees, rocks, hills, mud THAT IS SKILL

  • @tumzoli I agree with you man ... but i dont 'like the sport because of the risk of death riding my kawa, it's just the rush you know, and yes the skill you need to run hard enduro is very difficult to achieve, is admirable skill of these guys, it all depends meaning that each person give to the word "extreme" but i dont wanna die on my bike "i just want to ride on my motorcycle" hehe forgive my poor English...

  • @SiCpride I would agree with you watching guys ride deserts at high speed probably is a bit more fun, however it doesnt take that much skill to hold a throttle open and pray, I'm not saying its easy I wouldn't be able to do it cos you need a massive pair of balls. But if you watch the roof and you know the amount of stamina and skill these guys have it makes it exciting...However I don't agree with you on one point that people dying is what attracts you to a sport

  • @tumzoli why do you think .... all my friends do enduro extreme as this, I walk along this same road, and I say it is hard but it's boring, you can earn an extreme endurance race on a donkey load. and met people who died doing desert riding, that's what I'm talking about does not matter are different forms of the same sport, enduro extreme fun anyway. and I know you need a lot of balls to run this

  • @SiCpride you don't know fucken nothing

  • this is not extreme enduro this is a fuking bored enduro i like more dezert riding one mistake and your are fuking dead. 90m/h pure liberty dude. but il like any way..

  • danggggg looks hardcore
