A split-screen onboard look at the 1989 wrap up of the championship battle. My opinion- It certainly looks like Prost turned into the chicane earlier than he did on all previous laps, that's all I will say lol
swallowAyrtonSenna - fucking son of a bitch! Made like dozen of bad videos about Senna, and turned off commentaries, and took off from YouTube. In the same time he made few good videos about Schumacher - what a fucking tosser that dude is... Fucking pathetic faggot!
@Shogo5000 Senna had to win at Suzuka to retain the chance for the title at Adelaide. If he would've won at Adelaide, he would be the world champion. Back then rules were slightly different. Senna won at Suzuka, and raced at Adelaide, while Prost didn't even want to race in rain conditions.
Even with a 2nd place at Suzuka (Prost : 82 Senna : 69) he was sure to win the 89 world title before the last GP in Australia, so what's the point of take out Senna ?
I am a Huge Senna fan..... It is obvious that Prost took out Senna in this race for the '89 Championship. However Senna did the same thing the next year at the same race right out of the start.
This is the fact of motor racing at any level..... If you do not do whatever you can to win then you are no longer a professional racing driver
From what I understand seeing the images of Prost cockpit, it looks in the rearview mirror both times but in the time of the collision it simply gives a peek in the mirror and steers sooner than had been doing, it seems to me intentionally to get Senna out of the race. And after Senna was disqualified for having gone through the chicane, invented a reason to disqualify him, and this certainly happened thru order of Mr. Jean Marie Ballestre, also French, and then president of the FIA.
I honestly dont know and never will know who did what that day but Prost was 'The Professor' in the context that he did what it took to win whether that was finishing first or last to claim the points he needed, Senna needed that race to become Champ if he didnt beat Prost, he lost, he won! but the french are a team and he was stripped of his Championship, that race stunk of french intervention.. just saying.
On lap 47 I is on the right much more than 46 and he knew senna was there.

Prost is a loser for end of 89 saison. He don't accept to senna beat him. He has take a schumacher manoeuvre. But he was inteligent. Calculated
