@Tazza17 Not "All" food Intolerance is caused from over eating the substance. And many food intolerance's can NOT be gotten over as stated here.. Many intolerance's are as severe as an Allergy without the immune response.. Often they are life long. There is much much more to it then just eating to much of something and then getting off of it for 5 days.. thats misinformation.

@savagesins How is this 'misinformation'?

Misinformation like this is very negative for those with Celiac.

hi Zoe, love your videos!
Once I did a food intolerance test and one of the intolerance it give was phosphates. Do you know where I cant find a list of foods containing phosphates? I was thinking, if i search for list of food low in phosphorus would it be the same as phosphates, because i did find for phosphorus and not for phosphates...
And what type of food intolerance test would you recommend ?
Thanks for the videos! very helpful!

you are absolutely right, Zoe!
I was feeling horrible during the past few years, always bloated, constipated, and insecure because of all the above. I finally did some tests and it came out I was intolerant to quite a few things, like wheat, milk, eggs, soy and turkey. Basically, just like you said, it's no wonder, because bread, dairy products and sugar are were all I ate! I've been on my new, healthy diet for a week now an I feel much, much better already! Can't wait to get healthy! :)

I bought the book! :)
Zoe, phase one is brilliant. I'm up to day 4 and I feel UNbloated and OI am NOT craving anything anymore!! I's amazing, I'm having my big steak or piece of chicken with veggies for dinner...and 20 mins later I'm NOT in the pantry eating chocolate or drinking chocolate milk!

Hi there - thank you so much! I really hope it helps.
I can't believe how many people are walking around with food intolerance and seem totally unaware of it. It's like we have just come to accept terrible food cravings, bloating, headaches, rapidly changing emotional ups and downs as part of everyday life - they are not! What we eat is driving most of this.
Good luck with your health management
All the best - Zoe
