Iexpress doesn't make executible files, it simply converts an EXE or pair of files into Win32 Cabinet Self-Extractor which is a file that self extracts/installs it self.

Exacly no, if you select the files you would like it it will make into a file extractor. Mening when you press install it will extract (Move) the stuff rom inside to your desktop..
