Exploding 45acp tracer rounds. 7 shots at night for visual satisfaction. Really good explosions @ 200 yards.

  • @ToAstYNaChO By ignorant, I assume you mean stupid and dangerous.

As for it being illegal, I was just guessing. I have seen instances of people being injured, sometimes even killed, by stray bullets. No shot was heard, and no one was seen. Apart from some theoretical serial killer with a silencer, those cases are usually determined to be an accident caused by some idiot firing their weapon indiscriminately into the air.

I even heard of a guy shooting himself by firing straight up.

  • @Honestinwilkesbarre legal, but very ignorant to do

  • @onebadapple76 how did you make them

  • RIGHT ON !!!

  • @onebadapple76 how do you make bullets?.. can u post a vid?

  • @onebadapple76

If you want a good alternative to Ballistic gel, take a empty milk jug, and fill it with waters and shredded newspaper, let it dry overnight, then put a strip of of jeans around it to simulate clothing.

Works good, and afterwards you can cut it open to see the wound path.

  • @DII117 I like the part where I removed your comment the best. }:-)>

  • @Breakneckhydra1 I AM JUST TELLING WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I ASKED. I spoke with the maker on some numbers he has gotten from very strict(ex Marine Gunnery Sgt.)testing. Travels @ 560fps to 578fps. Tracer delayed explosion @ a very close 600ft - 604ft. Explosion is binary, nitrocellulose and PETN 1.25g based, travels @ 7420 m/s or 24343fps. The explosion will liquidize the copper casing. I would love to shoot these into some ballistics gel and record the process, but alas I am poor for the moment.

  • @ddmo2 Rounds of that size can't function like an Artillery / 'Flak' shell. The poster has said that the tracer element acts as a delay fuse that sets off the combustible element. In Artillery, namely flak shells, the nose is equipped with a small proximity fuse or a timed fuse. Proximity does just what it says, just lead the target. Timed is a bit more tricky, but reliable if you have emplaced guns and times for varied altitudes and coordinated elevation and quadrant to altitude and position.
