We started our tank with 5 red shrimp and 3 ghost shrimp. and now we have about 20-30 red shrimp and lots of eggs laying about. im soo excited :D i love the breeding process it facinates me :D

@TMELT88 did you provide oxygen? It is very essential to ghost shrimp. Put more plants to provide their hiding places.

hey man, i have a tank like that and have about 150 ghost hrimp minimum for breeding so i dnt have to keep going to the store to buy them for my pufers and motoro stingrays. do you breed them for feeding?

@skylinegtr81 I don't think its normal. Sounds very strange. Maybe other shrimp tried to eat the corpse, before you saw it.
