Thanks Dan! You are a star, a light shining in the darkness. It is so true about attitude and negative people are like fertilizer in the blood, it will destroy our cells. Don't stop and don't give up. You have great strength to stop the cycle. It is not easy but can be done, and you courage to turn around with the HS is amazing. Why go back when you have come this far. Going back might bring nostalgia but it is not as fresh as staying, maintaining and moving forward. Cheers!

I had very good results with raw foods myself, including large quantities of grass-fed raw beef.

Yeah my mom passed away from alcoholism major damage was done to her liver it was to late to repair the damage seeing that makes me want to get into better health.
Im on a more positive road as yourself I have a lot of gary null books i like his books.
