@creakmanbetto There is no specified music.. U can listen to music,or you do not need it..:) There is different gates to enter in meditation,and some gates tells you to dance,some to just sit still and meditate about something.. So that makes me think that there is no something like "You must listen to this to get into meditation!",nothing but your spirit can't get you into that state..:) And everything else is just helping tools..:)
