The vid is pretty low quality. Flight is most like a 'buteo' hawk and if you're in Britain then it is likely a Common Buzzard [Buteo buteo]. They typically have a black sub-terminal band and hover alot while hunting.

im really not a birdwatcher but these birds are large and beautiful they sit on my fence in the morning, they are bigger than phesants, they seem to have a black line spanning the underside tip of the tail when they hover above? there are about 3 of them living opposite.
