Mother Russia Volgograd

Pictured during 3 visits to the ultra impressive Battle of Stalingrad Memorial complex and the home of the massive "Mother Russia" RODINA statue during February , March & June 2008.

The City of Volgograd (Formerly Stalingrad) were welcoming visitors from through out the World for the 65 year anniversary of the battle when the Russians fought the Nazi's back to Berlin and their eventual surrender after the suicide of Adolf Hitler

@Chauffeur1 Don't know exactly what you mean, but she is worth it to wait for every minute of the day. My thoughts are in Volgograd, although I never been there. But I will, maybe sooner than expect, because I love her, and when everything is arranged, I am sure we will be happy together in Holland. After meeting her, my life will never be the same anymore. But I also look forward to get known more about the russian culture.

Yea forget stalingrad, stalin is a piece of human excrement, he doesn't deserve a city named after him. Volgograd is a much better name, than stalin that son of a dog.

not mother russia( matushka rossiya). mother of your native land(rodina mat) . comparing coventry to stalingrad is like comparing cowdenbeath to barcelona.

Ive only ben to St Petersburg. And guys. If you want a cultural holiday and not a charter. RUSSIA IS MY BIGGES SUGESTION!
