JudoCrazy, Optimizerofpain is dead on. The throws arent throws for the most part they are breaks. its up to the uki or opponent to fall fantasticly, slopply or not at all but the break is executed or similated by the practioner, how you and your broken arm fall is up to you. Nice demo Sarah.

receiving the technique form of practice coming from a person whos judo crazy i would expect you'd to know that..if shed had done that on a person who isn't trained to do that i'd expect a broken arm or a very swore arm ...only reason why they would do that is not to injure themselves while training plus in most Japanese martial arts its one the first things you learn how to fall properly...trauma itself from hitting the ground can be more devastating than how you got there

The joint locks are ok; however, the throws don't look relistic. The guy jumps into the throw before she starts to execute the throw.
