Bay City Michigan city manager Robert Belleman thinks it's OK to cut off electricity to the elderly in the dead of winter. Now 93-year old Marvin Schur, a WWII veteran and recipient of a purple heart is dead. The irony is he had plenty of money to pay his utility bill and no one from Bay City called or knocked on his door to inform him his electricity was getting choked off. Marvin Schur froze to death in his own home, enduring the long, painful process of hypothermia and frostbite. Bay City, Michigan needs to know Americans will not stand for this.
