I've been waiting for this and would be so easy to implement. They already offer targeting platforms between iPhone vs other devices. It would be minimal code to add a check for Mac vs Windows. It's right in the navigator.platform and user-agent string they're already using. +1 vote from me.

I suspect this suggestion may be implemented quickly since better targeting means higher clickthru rates, which means more revenue for Google as well as (slightly?) better ROI for advertisers.
