DC Police Racial Profiling and Arrest of 16 yr Old African-Male III

With his 19 year old brother(in college) and 37 year old Aunt(Teacher) in the back seat of his Mother' black Suburban, he steps outside the truck to talk to his girlfriend on the cell while his Mom goes into the hospice to say goodbye to a dying friend. Police harassed him, telling him to turned down truck radio-neighbors had called(in less than 10 minutes?!). He turned it down but the officer kept saying stuff, 16 year said this is harassment, cop got pissed, threw 16 year old up against truck, put on handcuffs for what he says is disorderly conduct. Cop ignored Aunt then called for back up. 12 cars came and a paddy wagon. Second officer clotheslines 16 year old and they take him to the ground. Suddenly 8 or more officers have their knees in the 16 year olds back. Mother comes out cops ave their batons out, no one's listening. Residents standing on front watching. One even said he called the police. Aunt witnessed everything. So shaken in the beginning, she couldn't figure how to work the record button on the blackberry until several minutes later. If he was white in a Subaru listening to Hootie and the Blowfish on the white people's front waiting for his Mom to come out of the hospice, would we be here? When we asked how the police responded so fast since we just got there-the Lt said the officer was already in the area looking for an "assailant". Right.
