Changing Behavior and Changing Policies: Todd Park

Todd Park, Chief Technology Officer of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, was the final speakers on the subject of changing behaviors and changing policies at the 2011 GSB Healthcare Summit.

In his high-energy remarks, Park shared his vision of why the current environment makes this the best time in history to be a healthcare entrepreneur.

This always makes me wonder: Can you ask someone to be "entrepreneurial" on call without loosing all the creativity and thought-storming that is usually reserved for "times of inspiration"? I don't think so myself. Reply if you think differently or the same as I do and why.
