I was very, lucky, to see Del Shannon, Bobby Vee, Tommy Roe and Johnny Tillotson at a first-rate Oldies show in Billings Montana 1n 1986. I won't lie, Bobby was world class, no lie. towered over even Del Shannon. But all the videos on youtube, of D.S. indicate that he had an Off-night.He was wild that night...well he's a Michigan Rocker! Also I found Roger Millers 1st 3 albums at goodwill. Full of good stuff, not just the hits. Swiss Maid was a standout, glad that Del sung it. Hall of Famer.
