Regnava nel silenzio - Lucia Contest 2 - Lucia Aliberti

Obviously one of my all time favorite opera's is Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor, so it should be no suprise that I wanted to revisit this opera for this contest. I tried to use differnt selections where I could to add a little varitey from the last Lucia Contest. I hope everyone enjoys. Again a score of 1-5 for singing/characterization:

Aliberti is good she has her own style on most of the roles she does and true at times she tents to sound like Callas maybe because she study callas ways of singing... but that does not mean she sounds like her or sings like her at all.... she lucks acting skills but the drama is there brava

Interesting...she does kind of look like Callas, and has a few of her mannerisms, and kind of sounds like her at times...but, if she would just sing with her own voice, which I'm sure wouldn't sound as labored, maybe she'd achieve Callas quality too.

Bien.. a ver como empezar... Leyendo los comentario noto que siempre está la absurda comparacion con Maria Callas; y porque digo absurda? Pareciera que Todas las Sopranos despues de ella... Quieren parecerce, o imitar, o vestirce, o hacer no se cuantas cosas igual a ellas. como he dicho en otros foros, "La Callas" fué una de las mejores Sopranos que tubo la Historia, pero no olvidemos que hay una nueva camada EXCELENTES.
