Tokyo Eye - Ginza Luxurious ( part one of four)

In the clip they mention about the price of land. The most expensive place is Ginza-4-5-6 this year(2011) and price is 27.6 million Yen per square meter. It is in front of Yamano Music Co., Ltd. But they are in that place since 1892 and no one will not sell the land, so need not to worry about that price.
I've never used these services, nor ate the ten thousand Yen Curry rice. But every one can go into the department store or walk around. Many people are enjoying window shopping and having great time.
In the part two they went to Tempra restaurant and find out the hospitality and pride of the Sheff. Also they went to smaller shops dedicated for Kimono for Men.
