A Toast for Kaylie and Tyler

Now this is the story all about how
My sister ended up in a wedding gown
So just sit back, take a drink of your water
And I'll tell how she became Kaylie Slaughter

In Dallas, Texas, born and raised
Fighting with me, she spent most of her days
Tripping, spilling drinks, she's quite a klutz
And if I we talked back mom and dad would kick our butts.
When she went to Aggieland, she was up to no good
Lived with her roomies in the neighborhood
She dated some core guys but Jenny got scared
And said "hey I know a guy and you two should be paired."

He picked her up for sushi and when it was done
They shared raw fish and had lots of fun
With pink cowboy boots upon his feet
She knew he was the one to make her complete

He talked to dad, proposed, and got a yes
And here we all are, so you know the rest
Now join me in a toast to their new life,
As Mr. and Mrs. Slaughter—man and wife.
