No idea. I just typed "Prison Bars" into Google Image Search and found a picture that was large enough to zoom in and out of.

And again, before you post comments criticizing/insulting this video, READ THE DESCRIPTION. I ONLY MADE THIS BECAUSE I WAS BORED ONE DAY. I wasn't trying to make a masterpiece; therefore, criticisms don't mean a thing.

Like the description says - it's called ChromaKey. If you find the original Rubber Ducky clip you'll see that he's essentially just against a blue screen. I just knocked out the blue background in Final Cut Pro and inserted an image of prison bars. It wasn't perfect though, because of video noise I got a lot of blue halo around Ernie. Also the top of the frame had a lot of static which is why I letterboxed it.

I'm making a YouTube Poop of Rubber Duckie, and in part of it I do this, except with live fire in the background! It came out sweet! (I use Sony Vegas.)
