12mins AMRAP -
6 KB snatches (16/24kg men - 8/12kg women)
12 press ups (on kettlebells if you can)
24 sit ups
Video shows last few rounds and I got 8 rounds in 12mins.
Do normal kettlebell swings if you cant do KB snatches yet

  • @Transform1234 im not trying to be an ass i know cross training is hard as hell i do alot of them for wrestling, snatches are pretty good, but i watched your other videos i give you props

  • @damonnelson1414 'especially on the sit ups' so how are my snatches? Really man on crossfit sit ups this is how they are done. I have lots of other videos where i address core work - this is NOT one of them.

  • poor form, especially when doing the situps, you should have your hands in your armpits or on your head, but nice form on the pushups

  • @arghmetis Yes its ok but it you want to see strong have a look at my recent vid doing a 235kg deadlift

  • pretty strong.
