12mins AMRAP - 6 KB snatches (16/24kg men - 8/12kg women) 12 press ups (on kettlebells if you can) 24 sit ups Video shows last few rounds and I got 8 rounds in 12mins. Do normal kettlebell swings if you cant do KB snatches yet
@Transform1234 im not trying to be an ass i know cross training is hard as hell i do alot of them for wrestling, snatches are pretty good, but i watched your other videos i give you props
@damonnelson1414 'especially on the sit ups' so how are my snatches? Really man on crossfit sit ups this is how they are done. I have lots of other videos where i address core work - this is NOT one of them.

poor form, especially when doing the situps, you should have your hands in your armpits or on your head, but nice form on the pushups
