  • i love how every one has there own variation for potstickers. Im making em tonight and iv been looking around at recipies and none of them are the same

  • If you want to make the dough it's just 1 cup boiling water to 2 cups flour. kneed the dough and roll it out into a inch thick snake. chop it into 1 inch sections and roll each into small round disks...good luck,

  • I agree. The type of cabbage she has there is western-style cabbage which is WRONG. She needs to use, as you say, Napa cabbage which is also known as Chinese cabbage. And don't use balsamic vinegar. Use Chinese vinegar if you can find it.
