@setboy1 Alan (I have nothing personal against him. RIP) was an, 'Adequate' Bass player, and in my opinion, the least talented the ABB ever had. In fact, I don't know why they recruited him unless it was a package deal. To get Warren, they had to take Alan too? Alan's leads never did anything for me. They lacked the originality and dynamics that the ABB's other Bass players had (especially Berry, which none of the bass playes could hold a candle too. Sorry, it is just my opinion.
