I know my videos are starting to lack. It has, in large part, to do with the program I use to make these videos. Windows Movie Maker (also known as f***ing SOB joke of a program) freezes on my project randomly. It indeed does auto-save, but honestly. If you had to re-load your whole project over and over again while drinking pineapple juice in the middle of the night wanting to go to bed, you'd probably make videos that suck too. That and the music never goes with the video, thanks to the lovely program.

I also couldn't be bothered at the time to take out my camcorder, which was in my backpack, which was on my back. That would involve me physically taking off my backpack to do so. And my shoulder rashes tell me not to do it, so I listen to them :(

I did take lots of pictures, though.

So this will be the shortest Japan video ever, simply because I edited a lot of footage out, and I didn't take that much in the first place.

  • wow you've been too alot of places.. how many money did you save up to be able to cover all the hostel and expense of the trip .. cause i wanted to go to japan too travle and saving money for it..

  • I didn't save enough. hahaha. I ran out of money twice and had to get a bit of help the 2nd time... but the whole trip (including accomodations and souvenirs..EVERYTHING..) cost me about $2500 CAD.

  • So are you back to cananda or stil in japan? $2500 pretty good for a trip..I quite like the place you stay in for tokyo ..kind of like a hotel.. not too bad.. i might check it out if i go to tokyo..

  • I came back to Canada this morning. Yup $2500 is pretty good for 18 days, but the last 7 days I really really budgeted myself because I almost ran out of money. The place is called Oak Hotel, about 10 minutes walk from Ueno Station. It costs about $50/night CAD if you book in advance... pretty good for a place so close to a major station. Ueno is huge O_O

  • Welcome back to Canada ^__^ It was great of you to have made these video so we could have a good idea of how some of the hostel and some of the places are in Japan.. What was the book you use to locate some of the hostel?
