Download 2009 tornado

Random tornado that went through Brown Camp at Download 2009 stealing tents as it went (if you returned from a wander and thought that you had been burgled - this may explain!). Sadly all that was found of the witch innocently strolling through the adjoining field was a pair of ruby slippers poking out from under a flying gazebo.
